Saturday, June 30:  USA - Czech Republic
Sunday, July 1:  Egypt - USA
Tuesday, July 3:  USA - France
Wednesday, July 4:  USA - China

Quarterfinals:  Friday, July 6

The top four finishing teams from each preliminary round group will advance to the medal round to compete for first through eighth places, while the teams finishing fifth and sixth in preliminary group play will compete for ninth through 12^th places.

Semifinals:  Saturday, July 7

FINALS:  Sunday, July 8

Note:  Game times will be announced at a later date and the order of games are subject to change.
